Welcome to Healthy Brain Plan, part of Healthy Plans, LLC, based in Massachusetts, USA.
We’ve written these Terms of Use to explain how you can use our website, tools, and services.
We’ve kept them in two voices: a friendly summary first (so you can actually read them), followed by the legal language (so we’re both protected).
By creating an account, using our assessment tools, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
If you don’t agree, please don’t use Healthy Brain Plan.
1. Purpose of Healthy Brain Plan
Plain English:
Healthy Brain Plan gives you science-backed, AI-assisted lifestyle recommendations to help improve focus, memory, and long-term brain health. We provide educational and informational guidance only; we are not a medical provider, and we don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Legal:
Healthy Brain Plan and all related content, tools, and services provided by Healthy Plans, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health, diet, exercise, or medical care.
2. Who Can Use Healthy Brain Plan
Plain English:
You must be 18 or older to create an account. We welcome users from all over the world, but the site is operated from the U.S. and follows U.S. laws.
Legal:
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. The Services are controlled and operated from the United States. We make no representations that the Services are appropriate or available for use outside the U.S. Users who access the Services from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
3. Creating and Maintaining Your Account
Plain English:
To use Healthy Brain Plan, you’ll register with your email and a password. Please keep your login secure – you’re responsible for anything done with your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Paid Services and Billing

Some features require payment. When you pay, you agree to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscription services renew automatically unless you cancel.
Legal:
By purchasing paid services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All payments are final except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice to you.
5. Your Data and Privacy
Plain English:
We store your assessment results and account information so we can give you personalized recommendations. We protect your data, and you can read how in our Privacy Policy.
Legal:
Our collection, storage, and use of your information are governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
Plain English:
We want Healthy Brain Plan to be helpful and safe. Please don’t try to break, hack, copy, or misuse it.
Legal:
You agree not to:

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Plain English:
Our recommendations are generated in part by AI. While we work hard to make them accurate, no AI is perfect, and results may vary.
Legal:
You acknowledge that some content provided through the Services is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. We make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of such content and disclaim all liability for actions taken based on it.
9. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Plain English:
We do our best to keep Healthy Brain Plan running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it will be error-free or available 100% of the time. We’re not liable for damages that might result from using it.
Legal:
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALTHY PLANS, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL HEALTHY PLANS, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
10. Termination
Plain English:
You can close your account anytime. We can also suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
Legal:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Plain English:
Massachusetts law applies. If there’s a dispute, we’ll try to work it out first before involving courts or arbitration.
Legal:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in Massachusetts, except where prohibited by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
Plain English:
We may update these Terms sometimes. We’ll post the new version on our site and change the date at the top.
Legal:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to the Services with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
