  • Give you a personalized Brain Health Snapshot and recommendations

  • Save your progress and allow you to log in

  • Process payments for paid services

You acknowledge that certain outputs are generated through artificial intelligence based on your provided inputs. We store such inputs and outputs for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • Request deletion of your account and stored data

  • Opt out of non-essential emails

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at the email provided below. We will comply with such requests in accordance with applicable law. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in such communications.

8. Data Retention

Plain English:
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. If you close your account, we’ll delete your personal info unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Legal:
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. Upon termination of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where retention is required for compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements.

9. Children’s Privacy

Healthy Brain Plan is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
